My hubby and I are watching Pretty Woman and he says the Richard Gere character gave the Julia Roberts character $600 to buy a dress. He doubts you could by the undergarments for that.

I’m looking for a full length style evening dress, for a kind of Prom event in my school. I’m not looking to spend through the roof prices and the brand does not matter. Boutiques or department stores etc? Anyone know any places? Even cities surrounding Nice would be helpful Thanks!
